5:30 am sunday morning. what a long fucking weekend. and i still have 1 more day (and nite) to go.
my friends jared and renae (from all or nothing hc) are on tour, so i came down to their show friday nite, in chicago. then renae asked if i'd like to come along for the ride the next nite (to indianapolis) cuz she *thought* they'd be heading back up around chicago (backtracking), but they weren't, so being their roadie again didn't happen. *but* i do have a pretty cool friend who said, "well, why don't i drive? i don't have anything else to do tomorrow." (he never has anything to do tomorrow. haha.)
so, i got to see all or nothing hc twice this year (and go to a show in a city i've never really been in). y'know i have a quota to fill, since i saw them five times last year when i roadied for them during their l'il tour with kill your idols and forward to death.
and renae rules for singling me out both nites. she said "this is our grrl kisston." she mentioned that i roadied for them. she mentioned that i sang for "this really awesome band; help me help me i can't breathe." and that i now sing for this band aborticide "who are gonna be awesome too." if aborticide does get something recorded within the next month, we'll be on vol.3 of "Put Some Pussy In Your Punk!" and comps like hers are the shit!
i...am...so...tired. but where is the sun? it's a qurter to 6. am i missing something here? maybe it doesn't come up that early this time of the year.
so, in about 12 hours, i'll be at another show. the show's gonna be right below me, though, so i don't have to move very far.

oh, and if yr in indianapolis and looking for some records, avoid luna music (there's 3 of 'em) and just go straight to missing link (on college avenue). my friend and i forgot about the time change, so we lost an hour. we went to luna music first. and while they're used CD selection isn't that bad (or overpriced), their vinyl selection isn't that great (and the prices are steep). anyway, we wasted time at luna when we could've been at missing link, who close at 8 on saturdays.
