I am SO not renewing this lease with my dad at the end of August.
He fucking eats all my food...not stuff that is shared but stuff that is OBVIOUSLY MINE!
He broke into my baking cabinet a few months back and ate ALL of my semi-sweet chocolate chips for making cookies. And, of course, he didn't say anything when I went to make chocolate chip cookies and said, "That's weird. I could have sworn I had a bunch of chocolate chips." Off I went to the store to buy more. Do you think he offered to buy them. Nooooo. It wasn't until last month when I walked into his room to say something to him and saw like 5 EMPTY BAGS on the side of his bed.
So today, it's a beautiful 4th of July. I had an ice cream sandwich in the freezer. I got an urge for something sweet and went to fetch it and, jee...it's not there! I said, "Dad. Did you eat my ice cream sandwich?" Can you believe he fucking DENIED IT?!
Oh yea, and he's DIABETIC! He steals all my shit! GD! He fuckin' pisses me off! I CAN'T wait for the end of August!
I hate feeling like I'm living with a fucking disrespectful roommate. You'd think he'd have some fucking respect for his fucking daughter!

I have to admit that I got a good chuckle from your journal; if for no other reason than I could so see myself writing this journal if I was living with my father
I think the best option might just be to confront him directly and tell him whats pissing you off; after all, you are both adults and he's a roomate of sorts, so you have every right to bring it up. Good luck!
