Good news, my foot is better. Still a little stiff and a little pain walking around. Bad news, I have the flu. I bet you all wish you were me. 
I called my Dad to give him an update. He said, "If it isn't one thing it's another." I was thinking that right before calling him. So this week was shit, which means next week is going to be good, or next month is going to be great. I'll gladly pay the shitty toll for an awesome next month. Blizzcon, a wedding, and my birthday. October is always a good month.

and hurray for birthdays! (i haven't looked forward to my birthday the past few years simply because i knew i would be disappointed, but this year i am looking forward to it again [except for the fact that it is going to make the age difference between me and mine even more pronounced
bleh. i wish we didn't live so far away. it would be wonderful to celebrate such an awesome month with a good friend. that is the two edged sword to sites such as this. it brings people from everywhere and anywhere closer together but at the same time it makes the distance that much more pronounced. *sigh*
