Ok, so this has to be my favorite yoga pose. At the moment, anyways...

Outside of that, I'm so very close to headstand that it's getting very frustrating. My balance is kinda terrible to start with. And when I fall out it reminds me of Jenga. lol.

I had one of those "I did it!" moments on the mat the other night. It was kinda silly. I was successful with my first one arm full wheel. Its funny, the teacher was saying that you have moments like those where you didn't think you could do it, and just as you do and you're feeling pretty good about a successful full wheel (for example)...

You: Yes! I did it... Woo hoo!

Yoga teacher: Good for you! now take one hand away.... Great! now both.

Damn it. lol.


She was also saying that in a big class, chances are that someone has chosen the teacher as their drishti point in tree pose. So she adds a little wobble into her pose on purpose.

We have so much fun in intermediate/advanced Power. It should almost be illegal.
