Every one just talks about the sex scenes in baise moi, and when I returned it to the video store the guy behind the counter said: you liked this huh? "wink, wink" Actually it was one of the most depressive films I've ever seen, just shows how fucked up life can be. She obviously had her reasons to take the part in it. Strange how we feel so close to strangers sometimes. I hope she'll be happyer in her next life or wherever she is now. kiss

That is a shame. I knew of the film though haven't seen it and didn't know anything about her but it is still saddening to read that someone felt that that was the only recourse available to them. I hope she has found peace.

As for cooking, I shall let you in on a secret - my patented post-pub pitta snack. However hungry you feel after drinking, rest assured this'll do the job:

INGREDIENTS: One pitta bread, one slice corned beef, one cheese slice, tomato sauce, some cooking oil.

INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Put cooking oil in frying pan and once it's warmed up, put corned beef slice in.

2) Around the same time, put the pitta in the toaster.

3) Once the corned beef's cooked on one side, turn it over and put the cheese slice on top.

4) Once the other side's cooked, remove the corned beef from the pan and the pitta from the toaster. The cheese should by now have melted.

5) Slam the corned beef and cheese into the pitta and whack on a generous lashing of tomato sauce. Sit back and enjoy.

Recently I have not cooked anything that I truly enjoyed. I think the last time was when I made Chicken Korma. That was awesome.

Today feels like Sunday: dull, grey, boring.

I am not particularly inspired to write anything specific, be it funny, witty or even cretinous.

New job starting on Monday after what felt like a month-long (much needed) vacation, although stress was always around the corner, ready to rear its ugly head... (and it did!)

Feeling tired all the time sucks... Sleep patterns being totally fucked up...
