I've just cancelled my account - my membership will end on November 5.
This has been good - for a while. No regrets.
For those who didn't see it, here's what I posted yesterday:
Long before the recent events I had been censored myself (one thread & 2 posts asking for clarification in one of the staff's journal were deleted right away), friends had been zotted/insulted on boards for voicing opinions going against the general consensus, etc...
For a long time I chose to ignore the site's politics because I thought it wasn't my problem and I had valid reasons to stay (namely friends & one special person). Those friends are the reason why I've stayed so long and the factor that makes it so very hard for me to leave.
Nevertheless, I reckon time is coming to start a fresh new Internerd life elsewhere. I don't think I'll give any more money to this site because it means I agree with it - and I really don't.
I just want to say thanks for all the great things that I lived through this site - it certainly helped cope with difficult times, move on with my life, grow happier & wiser.

If you go back to that first post in SGUK and really read it. You'll see that its just giving an opinion on how I feel not discounting yours at all, in any way. Its says only how I would react to this situation and where MY loyalties are placed. Its your over reactions to other people having a different opinion from yours that gets me going. So before saying that I'm all over you maybe you should go back to that thread ( read it without the asshole specs ) and see who over reacted first.
..and I love the way you post it on every possible thread ( as you've just done) to make your self look better to as many people as possible.
