Let's get back down to earth.
What are your plans for this bank holiday weekend?
I'm off to Farnborough to attend a dear friend's wedding. I think it's going to be greatly enjoyable, although weird in a way... you know, the wedding feeling or something

What have you cooked recently that you truly enjoyed?
As always, much

As for cooking, I shall let you in on a secret - my patented post-pub pitta snack. However hungry you feel after drinking, rest assured this'll do the job:
INGREDIENTS: One pitta bread, one slice corned beef, one cheese slice, tomato sauce, some cooking oil.
INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Put cooking oil in frying pan and once it's warmed up, put corned beef slice in.
2) Around the same time, put the pitta in the toaster.
3) Once the corned beef's cooked on one side, turn it over and put the cheese slice on top.
4) Once the other side's cooked, remove the corned beef from the pan and the pitta from the toaster. The cheese should by now have melted.
5) Slam the corned beef and cheese into the pitta and whack on a generous lashing of tomato sauce. Sit back and enjoy.
Hope that's good for ya mate. Enjoy the weekend.
Hope your time at the wedding is good love.
~cheers
