Need to convince the voices to stop forming questions I have no answer to

Need my brain to stop working over-time and mostly against me

Need to believe that this day will come when I don't have to explain all my actions & justify my every move since I always end up being misunderstood by too many people. It's even worse when it comes from people that are & will always be a part of me

Need to stop needing
