How are you going to make someone happy this christmas?
I am going to deal with that other me which I hate and which only serves to cause distress. It's high time I confronted him. And that means "fuck alcohol". 2 years ago I stopped drinking for 2 months, having started just before the xmas period... and that was some achievement.
I can't let this thing control me & fuck up other people's lives anymore. It makes me sick. It's made me sick for years.
