So, I am alive and kicking, so to speak...ehehehe
these last few weeks have been messy for me, in a good way.
I've been working on two different proyects, two short films, both in the art department. Needless to say both have been loaded with work, but it has paid off, last set we decorated was wicked.
At the same time i was working on a proyect I had to show in front of my class, a 16mm film. I've been working a lot on that script, and I won''t say who, but one of you is part of it (as in character). I have to say that I don't get too attached to my own ideas, ideas are like marriage, they an go to hell in a matter of a second. But, this time I've grown to like this proyect, so I was very nervous today when I made my pitching.
Lucky for me, it didn't showed, I as calm, composed and elocuent (not to comb my own feathers, but that's they told me). People seemed to like the idea and many congratulations were delivered, I just hope they show it by voting for it. Nevertheles, if it doesn't get chosen, I'm still gonna do that film, one way or another.
So, given that I've finished my proyect pitch and the shooting of the two short films, I am officially all set and good to go. Next stop (tuesday comes), Maracaibo to see all my family and friends, specially the lovely Araid, sadly for me, Speranza won't be around, but I know that sooner or later I'll see her.
On another topic, last week was MUSE concert here at Barcelona, for me (first one) was amazing, I loved it. Those guys can do magic with those instruments, they sound even better live than on record. Also, I went with the lovely Revelation, great gal, looking forward to hanging out with you again girl.
Anyway, I'm gonna get some presents for people back home, wish me luck
