This is a short post, but it's meaningful...
First, my sister accomplished what is, without a doubt, her biggest dreamm she got published. Her story is part of an anthology published by the school she is atteding. (The book is called Cuento Atras, the school is called Aula de Escritores). So, I'm feeling very, very very very happy for her, this is the ending of a long journey for her, and hopefully the beggining of another one, much more wonderful too.
Second, we finally shoot the exercise today, and it was a complete success. The atmosphere, the teamwork (I even managed to patch things up with the art crew), the feeling, it was amazing, this is why I love filmmaking, this is the life, no doubt. I worked in my regular post at the art department, but also as a script boy (the script girl had a personal issue and she couldn't attend). It's quite an interesting job, it requieres lots of observation and attention, I really enjoyed it.
Also, i got the chance to work side by side with this girl that i really like, she is a great friend and I'm feeling like I'm finally getting some roots in this city.
Anyway, I'm uber-tired, but i'm feeling very happy...so it's good

I am glad to hear that you will get to spend the holidays with family and friends! It is difficult to be away from those you love, and going home would definitely be at the top of my wish list if it were possible. Thanks for reading and responding! (its rad that your sister got published also! )
