Hey there my fellow SGers and lurkers...
Well, first week of class is done at Bande Apart. I'm having great sensations about this new school, all the little annoying details from the old one has been worked out, it was true, the old direction limited real action. The place is very nice (even thou is still in the works for at least a couple of weeks). The technology is top notch, from the Sony EX1 we use for regular exercise to the mighty RED one for the big proyects. Also the new light and rigging equipment looks pretty good, no more dusty old 2k's. The classrooms are smaller but very comfortable, which means smaller classes and more personal relation with the teachers. i really think I made the correct call here, I wish nothing but the best to my old school, but I feel better here being in Bande Part.
Also my dad is here, with his wife. We have been out couple of times, walks around town and a lunch here and there. I really enjoy having him around, I feel lucky to say that my dad is one more friend, I have great talks with him about almost everything, from soccer to art and science. We are going to Rome for a couple of days, we leave this sunday. The idea is to spend his birthday (oct 13th) in there and celebrate it by eating like the romans of old.
Also, december looms near wich means i get to visit my beloved people, can't hardly wait to see all of them.
Btw, much love to Taraluv, she is one great lady, praises be to Yevon for getting to meet her. My bro Silvermoon is doing great in Denver, life is being good to him lately, let's see if life can get him some Avalanche tickets XD. Araid has been MIA these last few days, got a new a job. Best of lucks for you my luv, good things come if you look for them.
Anyway, that's it for the moment, hopefully next time I'll have pics from La Eterna Roma...
