+ Got dumped on Sunday. Fuck this city and the girls who are here. Buncha wackos
+ Monday I got into the Be@rbrick show at GBE thanks to some legwork. Managed to hobnob with some well-known artists and also had one of the high points of my recent life...meeting the CEO / Founder of Medicom Toy! Got better when this guy and his posse all lit up when I said who I was and thanked me for the support and love I have for their company.
Also on Monday I got contacted by 2 different companies that I applied to. One's in Chicago, one's in Orlando. Uh yeah, obvious choice there.
+ Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday found me going back and forth with the company in Florida. I'm going to do a demo that might find me on a plane down to the sunshine state for an interview and possible job. I am not a religious man, but I will be sayin' some prayers that this comes through.
+ Found out that Echo & The Bunneymen are touring. November will be a good month -- both Bauhaus and Echo! Plus in October there's 2 excellent operas at the Met that I'm going to hit (as long as I'm still around).
