Okay suckas, the event of the week is in, so mark yer calendars for May 14th! The toga party is a go-go and I'm going to start picking up stuff this weekend for the shindig.

--> Just got back from the "date" and have to say that the gal, while good looking, didn't have much life in her. Not a risk-taker, didn't dig the Juxtapoz-ish artwork in the gallery we swung by...plus there didn't seem to be much in the chemistry end.
Oh well, ate some good food, got to see awesome art and picked up 2 books I've been waiting for from Forbidden Planet -- one was on clearance! woo!
Movie to avoid: Elektra. Wotta crapfest that was! Another movie Marvel puts out and makes all 'nice-nice' for the general public. Um...did everyone forget that she's an assassin??? What's with the feel-good aspect that they injected? Same thing that ruined the recent Punisher film. I want anti-heroes! Depression! DARK MOVIES!!! You know, I think I'll take up the camera again and make one.

And yeah, the pasties come with both figures!

Birthday was OK. Had dinner with the family. Got cash from the mum and shampoo from the Emma.
Still have not located the missing shampoo so she decided to help me out a bit.
