went out last night with a friend of mine to Matchless -- which, luckily is a 2 block stumbling distance from my house. Had two killer games of pool, the barkeep gave me a buyback at 11:30 p.m. and I actually chatted up a cute girl. Whoa, I'm all social now!
That last post helped exercise the pity demons that were plaguing me. I'm sure everyone has moments of bein' surly! Too bad I don't have the large Surly suit from Duff Gardens...
Yesterday my son finally came home! After a long couple of weeks he showed up, and as a proud parent I naturally had to take a photo and share it with everyone.
