good afternoon everybody. i hope it's warm where you are. it's been so fucking cold here the past few weeks it's ridiculous. so cold it hurts, and i hate that.

have you guys seen that story about the "lovers" bodies found in Italy? somewhere around 5,000 to 6,000 years ago this lovely couple died. some guy dug this up the other day.

i think this is fantastic. i don't know why, i'm just kind of blown away by it. and is it strange to find this romantic? i was deeply, deeply touched by the whole thing. maybe i'm just way into the romantic side of things these days. things with the lady are soooooooo good. our birthdays went great, i did a good job with the presents. we've managed to go 6 months at work without causing any sort of unnecessary noise due to our relationship. and honest to god, as i write this i just got a text from her letting me know that she's getting her new nipple rings and will showing them off when i get back in town tomorrow. how could i ask for anything more. if anyone here read my post in the piercing group about what kind to buy, thanks for the advice and the gift worked out fantastic.

i say back in town tomorrow because i have to drive to the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania later today. big lame meeting to go to first thing in the morning. but lucky me, i get to stay at the super 8 tonight. hot damn.

you know what's fantastic? finally, fucking Lost comes back on tonight. it seems like i've been waiting forever for the new episodes. tonight's should be pretty sweet. i have to make sure i've made it to the super 8 before it starts.

one of the things i got for megan was tickets to "An Evening with Kevin Smith." i can not wait for this. i've always wanted to go to one of his shows since i first saw the first evening movie. i expect nothing more than 100 percent entertainment. i'm pumped.

i really enjoyed the super bowl this year. i thought all the commercials were pretty shitty, but the game was pretty exciting. and i think Prince pretty much rocked it. i saw the funniest thing on the daily show last night about his performance and the silhouette thing he did with the giant guitar cock. i laughed my ass off.

tomorrow after the meeting we have to do the typical "after meeting team building required event." i will be playing wallyball, which from what i gather is some sort of volleyball with a wall involved. i'm really, really hoping my team loses right away and i can split.

if any of you have Sirius and listen to Stern, how funny was the porn stars vs. the slow adults game today?!? crackhead bob is my new favorite ever.

i have to go find a suit to wear tomorrow.
