I work online and theoretically I can work anywhere I can be online. I'm always dreaming of travelling and exploring. Just going to an airport or a port and getting on a plane or a cargo ship, vanishing into the world for a year or two, or ten, or however many I've got left. Who knows where I'd end up, what would happen, who I'd meet. It feels like it's time to do this.
Does anybody know how I could take my laptop with me and have worldwide broadband access? Satellite, wifi roaming (anybody know anything about FON and whether it's any good? It would have to be fast and reliable), anything I don't know about. Doesn't really matter how expensive it is.
