Movies, what is going on with them? There's this movie place that I go to in Erie, Tinseltown. It is an 18 screen complex. My beef is why the hell are movies like Cloverfield, AVP-R, and Rambo are only in theaters (at least at Tinseltown) for barely a month, and then they're gone? It's not like they're shit movies like the You Got Served sequel or Superhero Movie or Meet the Spartans. Even so, just one month to go see them? Whatever happened to when movies were in the theaters for 3-4 months at a time? I know the DVD releases have been pushed way up. I'd rather have them go back to the 6 month or even a year gap between theater and home release if that means I have more of an opportunity to see them on the large screen.
