I know I never post but then again I'm sure no one reads this anyway! So let me give details of what's happened with the band since the last entry. The Rockfest show worked great for us. No we didn't win it which I didn't expect to anyway. But we meet a lot of people, sold a lot of cd's & t-shirts, got a mailing list going and had general fun.

We played 2 back to back shows on 12/4 & 5. The first was at a bar in Somers Point, NJ that found my bass player way to drunk to play decent but people still enjoyed it and said how "punk rock" it was. The show the next night was a benefit for a friends kid that was played outside after dark in the cold December air. This show went alot better.

The band almost broke up after we couldn't play a private Xmas party on 12/22. My bassit's Grandmother forbid it. Ah, The problems of having a 17 yr old bass player. We took a few weeks off and got our shit back together in early January.

Ever since then we've been coming up with plenty of new material and have 12 new songs ready to go. We should be going back to the studio shortly. We have a gig lined up qith 3 other local bands at an American Legion Hall on the 18th of this month. Also found out we're playing another wedding gig on 3/19. This should be fun. The wedding wings are shaped like skulls and the wedding cake is formed as a skeleton.

The big, big news is we just sent our money in to play US Indie Band & Film Festival in Beaumont, TX August 19-21. This will be the biggest step next and we'll see what happens.
