Vinni's party, CMCH, NJ 6/22/06

Styrofoam Paradise thru a graduation/b-day party for Vinni so us dopes crashed it and played.

We got there around 6:30 to find a house full of kids and a keg of beer, Being the responsible (or should I say paranoid) adult, I refused to indulge. Instead, we headed out to the back deck where the gear was set up. Ah, another outside gig. Took me back to 2004 with the "Sheckie BBQ tour"!

I sat down behind Joe's low-rider drumkit and adjusted it the best I could. The PA they had was simply goddawful! During the set the feedback was so unbarable I begged 'em just to shut the vocals off and we'd play the 1st ever Sheckie instrumental show. But we went on regardless and still had a fun time. The kids all wound up in the pool and we pretty much hightailed it out of there when we finished. As we were backing up the Po Po showed up, a pretty cute female cop. In hindsight I almost wish she frisked me! So I don't even know if SP got to play or not. Thanks kids for having us and congrats Vinni!
