And so begins my partial unemployment. Well it actually started yesterday. Re-opened my claim online which was fairly painless. I'm just looking at it as vacation time right now. The stress level has already gone down. Feel I can take my time with the everyday chores without feeling like I have to rush.
I hit the work football pool again. I used that to buy Phil Lesh & Friends tickets for the HOB in AC this December. Only could get the 1st night though. Think the last 2 are sold out. I snoozed and lost. I really couldn't afford it at the time anyway. Another miracle to get me to a concert. Rather cosmic if I say so myself.
The TO soap opera is over FINALLY!!! Maybe the Eagles can get back to being a team again. I'm not counting them out yet!
My fantasy football team is catching up too. Only 1 game back now! Yeah, I know, I'm a nerd! :p
Trying to start a diet again. This time it's the slimfast plan. I'll try anything at this point. And with all this free time I should start walking again soon too.
Band will have it's first practice since the Halloween show later. As long as we can practice once a week, twice even better. Everything still feels at a standstill though. We have to get up to Phil's to get "Generation TV" mixed once and for all!
Once again I'm sick. I'm constantly coughing and bringing up gunk. Bought that mucinex stuff whatever it's called to clear things up. Got some good 'ol 'Tussin too! "Put a little 'Tussin on it!"
CD sales are picking up here and there not only thru the site but Interpunk as well. I have to send 10 more CD's out today to them. It's a start!
Finally got a chance to order the Suicide Girls DVD. Should be nice! Still posting here and there over there. I'm starting to add my diary entries over there as well. Usual I just posted the band related ones but I'm starting with the personal ones too.
Cindy and I still manage to get quick phone calls almost everyday. I'm happy to have at least that. Perhaps I just need a new fuck buddy. Been a long time since I've gotten laid.
All I know is it's a beautiful Fall day out. The colors are at thier peak. I may be alone, but I still feel happy with the world. Funny how time off can do that...
