ok....up at the top right hand corner is a little thing which says edit preferences.
click on it and a box will open to the left with nothing in it...write your journal in there nand then click submit or update or whatever it says under the box and a new page with zero comments will open.
and then people know that you have updated, cos it comes up in friends stufff.
other wise i dont know that you have.

yes, there is a uk group....look for SGUK and you will find it..
its a private one so you will have to apply, but the criteia are that you keep a journal as well as having a profile pic, so it would be good if you could update it rather than commenting on your own one.
go to edit preferences, and you will see a box where you can write your new one in.
then you just need to be vouched for and approved
there are loads of public groups too though, just click on join and see what goes on.
