well i was coming home from work to work on everything that i needed to but faith stepped in again and came crashing down on me...

one of the water pipes froze and busted in the basement... causing a major flood...

it's been kind of hurricane Katrina like here... most of the power went off and the two kids who live in the basement had a lot of damage to their stuff...

luckily President Bush was not in charge of this operation and they had people within a few minutes to fix the problem...

our power is back on and the pipe was patched... so all is well...

the only lasting damage was the damage of personal property... small appliances, books and painting were permanently destroyed...

I'm kind of lucky because i live on the third floor... so all my stuff was safe...

kind of crazy here!

something about big or small disasters... they always bring people together... for dinner we ordered pizza and all huddled into the upstairs kitchen... all of us laughing about what happened.... one big happy family...

moments like that make me feel real happy to be in a co-op
