Can't sleep...

ate me lots of sugar today. more than I've had in months. seriously. But I needed it. I'm one of those who, when depressed, makes a beeline for the ice cream, buys indiscriminate junk (is that term redundant?), and crawls into bed or a really bad book (like Aliens vs. predator, which I read in about two hours yesterday).

I just found out that the Stooges had a reunion concert in NYC on Friday with Mike Ness on Bass. I'd friggin kill to see them -- one of the only band reunions I'd travel far distances to see. And they have an album coming out. I hope its good and not all sucky like Iggy Pop's last friggin' awful rappunk solo album. That guys 56!! holee keeriste. He musta cut all his heroin with formaldahide. If my roomate wasn't asleep I'd pop in "1970" right now. but stooges and 4:30 am and roommates don't really get along...

tremont eh? i was just there last night, during the big eastcoast blackout. we went to my friend's house (member robinbanks !) and laid out on the lawn, looking for meteors. we just saw one, but it was a good one.
and i don't think that area has changed *too* much in the last 4 years.
i tend to avoid the eastside, wouldn't mind living near china town though - asian plaza is the place to get the best tofu ever.
