I am back for a limited time, so get some while you can. Ok, lets review since last time.
It appears the high bid for me was 40 bucks. which is 40 buck more than i figured i would get. I failed to mention that i come with a $109.00 rebate heh heh. Sold to the gorgeously morbid and yet so cuddly ZombieQueen.
Now, for the month in review. I was in the Caribbean. Yup, Curaao, but before you get all upset and jealous, hear the tale.
The asignment got posted, i figured some senior tech would land it, but for some reason, everyone cringed at the idea, so i get the call. Pack your things, you are headed to the sunny side of the world. Yay me. I got ready, explained things to Sierra, told her how much i was gonna miss her and all. Left for Paradise.
Arrived in Paradise, got a cab, talked to the Director as to where i would be staying, figuring it would be a nice Hotel and all. Nope, i will be staying on site, there is an apartment at the tower. I thought groovey, can just chill and keep an eye on things and not worry bout being late in the mornings.
I get to the location. It is in the middle of absolute nowhere. I expected white apes to start pouring outta the landscape and chasing me around. There was literally nothing there but foilage, me and the tower. After a couple of days of cold showers, microwave entree's and recharging my mp3 player 300 times, i was ready to jump off the tower. Who Knew.
So to sum it up, i was there and got to see the beach from the airplane, lived like a hermit for a couple of weeks, got sick, and finally completed the assignment. God its great to be back in the states. I miss you all very much.
One cool part was being able to run around with a self made loincloth and warpaint whilst working on this big corporate project. Just me and the aminals heh heh. You havent truely lived till you climbed a cell tower in your Bvd's doing the Tarzan yell.
I am gonna catch up on your journals for a bit, and holler at you when i get the chance. I have to settle back into civilization. Much love, and in case i dont get to "see" you before Saturday, Merry Christmas, happy holidays, and all that happy stuff.
