My dog doesn't like his doggie breath mints. You have to coat them in meat sauce for him to eat it. You have any tricks you used to get Petra to try the mints?

I've been wondering how things were going with you. I just figured you were busy with other areas of life. I haven't been on much myself lately and I've been trying to spend less time on the computer and more time on important things like cooking, working out, and video games.

You sound like you're going to be fine. You already know that things will get better and the darkness won't last forever. Don't know how much of consolation this is going to be, but you can make a positive out of a negative. You just have to look for it, and you might not recognize the positive change until it has happened. Change is inevitable to find happiness, either by changing yourself or changing the situation. Don't know what your religious background is, but some folks (me included) find our answers in religion. Never give up hope, no matter how you go about finding happiness.

We had a beautiful, sunny weekend. It may have saved lives-- my own and those of my beloveds. The sun helps to soothe some of the darkness away. I hope you see the sun soon and keep your chin up. Sending happy thoughts your way!

I don't really pay attention to the majority of discussions here on SG, at least as far as the agressive attack posts. Most of the groups that I do pay attention to are light hearted in nature (Wrestling Fans, Star Wars, Transformers, etc.) I have a hard time seeing/reading negativity, especially where people's beliefs/race are viciously attacked. I don't mind discussing these things in person on occasion, but it's not something I care to do that often, especially home after work when all I want to do is veg out and enjoy life for a few hours before it is back to work.
