This a real easy one for me not only do get get to work with this woman but lucky enough to call her my friend and love her to bits. Mama Helen as I call her. She has been through so much and still is going through a really hard time ( I cant really go into details) She is always smiling dispite everything going on and always there for everyone, looks after them and pushes them to their full potential. She gives so much and expects nothing in return. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be doing the job I do and mentally would be in the gutter. She is my hero, inspiration and why I strive to push myself to do better in everything I do (I still have a lot of improvements to do lol). X
