Outstanding! In this day and age sadly women need to have a way to protect themselves from attackers. Be it to defend to your level of training or just to escape with the use of mace, kick, and a well placed key jab. I commend you on taking the time to do these self defensive demonstrations and the good that they can do!

Sounds great. I know In 'n' Out Burger is all the rage. Most people really love it.

In Denver I went to this great restaurant - well, if you like game meats. It's called the Buckhorn Exchange. It's a little pricey, but the food was amazing! It's apparently the oldest restaurant there, and the decor is - WOW! Let's just say floor to ceiling trophies on every wall.
