i just spent the last hour or so looking over the promotion regulations because my 2LT roomie hasnt gotten promoted yet. The reg is only like 64 pages long. Oh and then add the fact that he's National Guard and now i dont know what to do. Its frustrating handling shit like that when you're deployed.

I just hate when soldiers dont get promoted on time, especially if its because their command has failed them. I wish i had a big fancy full bird colonel to go and make things all better. BUT lame...lame lame lame....fuck the system!
