today was an odd day.

i met my parents for some lunch, and then later i visited best buy and came away with a couple decent scores.
they have good deals if you know where to look. anyway, i picked up miller's crossing, and fistful of dollars. add that to the yojimbo/sanjuro auction and the seven samurai/hidden fortress i won the other day, looks like it's been another good week for dvd's.
all killer, no filler.

and then came the news.
i talked to my ex, and she said that she has to go to the doctors tomorrow for radiation therapy. that's a very scary thing. it's supposed to clean cancer in the blood, she said.
i don't know what to say to that. what am i supposed to think about that? i i just hope that it's not true.
well, anyway. i dunno, maybe it's all just a bad dream.

start over again. everything happens for a reason.
