So I will be participating in the week-end to end women's cancer in august! I'm pretty excited about it, It's the first time I'll be participating in something like this and I'll do it all by myself!
It's a 2 days walk, we will walk 60km (around 38 miles) in total, 32km the first day and 28km the second day.
I will have to raise 2000$ to participate.
So I wanted to know, anyone did something similar and had to raise money for it? I'm pretty clueless about findind people to make donation.
I'm thinking about going to some store and ask them for a donation (with a proper introduction letter and everything), I did a littlre banner for facebook, I'll send some email to my friends and family.
Any tips will be helpfull!!!
AND of course if you wanna help me with a donation I'll be so grateful!!
I did my registration this morning so I'm still at 0$!!

you can go to big companies and talk about some kind of support for trading their logo on flyers and stuff is a good promotion and in few countries (i donno if in yours) you can declare it as a donation in the year taxes so some companies are searching this kinds of activities to get a good name
