It's a rather boring day/ weekend. I did hardly anything at all....
More poetry from me:
Lately I've found, things are getting harder.
Harder just to keep my head above water.
It's weary and cold inside my withering soul.
I want everything to just go back, before I felt this hole.
More medication to salt my wounds.
More addictions to fill my womb.
My lungs are full of water and I can't breathe
My eyes are black and I can't see.
I'd give up everything that I am
Just in hopes of being normal again.
The waves are pushing and pulling me under
Below, I look to the surface and wonder
What it would be like to just go away?
Would I finally feel okay?
My heart is slowing, but my anxiety isn't growing.
In this moment I feel peaceful, no more suffering.
All the pain is leaving my body with the air.
I finally know what its's like to feel.
