Firstly I went back to the back specialist this morning with MRI scans in hand hoping for the best which would've just been a simple *twist* *crack* 'ahhh, that's better', but unfortunately one of my discs had ruptured and so I need 2 Cortisone shots into the spine, 3 months of healing without aggravating it further and probably another MRI followed...
