So.... I just got back from my audiologist (hearing doctor). I go once every year to make sure my listeners are still working as they should as they're my most important tool I use at work. Long story short: 5 hours of rigorous testing and I am at (or above in some cases) 100% perfect hearing. My audiologist even said I have 'mega hearing'... This makes me happy.

In other happy news: we get our pup Pepe on Saturday, we've been waiting for this day for about 3 months now, and it's nearly upon us. YAY! More photos coming soon.

Exercise regime is still going well, not losing any more weight, 7kgs is more than enough for little old me, but shaping up nicely. I can even make out the beginnings of some pecs and abs!

Summer is here with a vengeance, hot and humid. We've been swimming heaps too! We went to Waiheke Island last weekend and stay with our friends. Sunday was a 8km walk followed by a refreshing swim at Onetangi beach. Oh how I missed that place.

Lastly: I finished mixing and mastering the new PNC record the other day. Was all signed off on yesterday but won't be out until March so for the first time ever I'm not working to some crazy time/deadline. I think it's a great record too. Here's the first single:
