THE ALBUM IS FINISHED! NOW FOR BRUICHLADICH!!!

2nd to last day of mastering this goddamn album. Spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday travel to and from Aussie playing gigs and now I'm back int the studio on a public holiday. WOOT!

OK, so after about 3 months I've finished this album mixdown. It's seriously taken what seems like forever. We're all very happy with it though. Now I get to master it. Yay for me. My brain is all but fried. As you can probably tell by these machine gun sentences. I need a scotch.

Update: Still bouncing stems, but we will have the master session...

Currently smothering every thrack on this album with Buzz / A Designs / API mic-pre flavour (and a hint of Buzz opto comp too) via my brand new Avedis LPZ line pads. Thank you god (not that there's one at all, it's merely a figure of speech) for making life easy via trannys, opto-couplers and distortion..... YUM!

Well, business as usual I guess... Working on loads of stuff at the mo. Just finished the PNC album last week, and finished mastering the new Antiform album too. Both should be out within the next 2 weeks. Apart from that everything is pretty much blah....

I'm back from 3 weeks of recording in Raglan and man it was hard work. 7 day weeks, 14 hour days (sometimes) and loads of coffee, beer and whiskey! Now I'm pooped having just unpacked my whole studio back into the room where I normally operate.

How's the crew? Gimme some love peeps, I NEED IT!
