Oh @rambo, what you have you done giving us this homework assignment? We've been reminiscing about celebrity crushes in the office, and it's fitting because one of my high school age crushes apparently lives around here.
When I was 15 I was painfully obsessed with Empire Records. Especially because I loved Ethan Embry and Johnny Whitworth. Lately, I've been seeing Johnny around HQ all the time!
He was so adorable in the 90s! Now he's got a beard and a tiny dog and always wears sunglasses. UPDATE: He said hello to me this morning, which means he either knows that I wrote this blog OR thinks I'm quietly stalking him.
But also, Ethan Embry. From Empire Records and Can't Hardly Wait - another all time favorite. I can quote the entirety of that movie still to this day. I know this because I watched it recently and annoyed my friend with the constant quoting.
When I was a junior in high school my all time favorite TV show came out. Freaks and Geeks introduced me to my future husband Jason Segel, who the HQ girls used to see around here all the time. I saw him one morning driving and WAS SO EXCITED I texted everyone that I could. I love him. Also, fruit roll ups.
And of course, I could never leave out the all time 90s babe Leonardo DiCaprio. I was 14 when Titanic came out, so pretty much that teeny bopper age. I don't care that he's bloated now and looks like a tuna. He will always be amazing to me.
I'm sure I can add to this. In fact, I know I can. But I'm going to keep my really embarrassing crushes a secret from you lot.
