Just came back from another run, feel a little bit better this time around! Just ridiculously hot. My dog really doesn't want to cooperate. I think it maybe too much for him. Or he's just running-retarded. Oh well.

I need some good hints on how to get back into running. I used to run a lot. I was on the track team in high school when I lived in Hawaii but once I moved back to the mainland where there are real seasons I kind of lost my drive. Anyone have any hints?

Cherry is awesome. I can't wait to see her at the Big Apple Comic Con in a few weeks. Who else is going? Nickerz and I will be there, she'll be Slave Leia-ing around, and I'll be at the SG table with some rad-tastic ladies!
