i am completely embarassed right now. i just took my dog for a short run in my neighborhood and now feel awful. i am horribly out of shape. at least i quit smoking, three weeks ago i most likely wouldn't have been able to make it home. i thought "hey, it feels amazing out tonight, maybe i won't be lazy and take him out for a good walk/run" and now i just feel disgusted with myself. and really sweaty. blah.

Don't feel bad, I'm really out of shape too. I think a lot of people are. It's just a case of starting off slow and building yourself up fom there
