So who has got the ultimate cure-all for insomnia and is holding out on me? KaliDoom said "warm milk". I trust her and her advice completely...But

1) All I have is soymilk

2) It didn't work. (sorry, baby, your heart's in the right place, it just is ineffectual on me. the milk, that is, not your heart. love )

So can anyone help a sleep deprived brother out?
