just had to get this down before the day makes me too jaded to ponder the wonder of it all-
----A Roger Daltry Revelation----
on the 7am drive to deliver the frere downtown. dropped off no sweat. Way back down Meridian, the Who is on der radio-inski, just this massive song, if i must say. Listening to it, driving down this major Indianoplace street that I have driven down and up and down again at least 1000 times in my life, i fade out so to speak, it is strange to try to articulate, but i went into daydreaming (if The Beatles Day in the Life was on, I would have reallly flipped out, but alas alack and anon) so yeah daydreaming while driving, a fun combo move.
but anyway, looking out the windows, amid the traffic, smattering of rain, and red lights akimbo, ALL I SEE or notice at least, are little green things growing everywhere. I was only seeing the living things, and for a second, bad things (including asshole punkers giving me shit, financial woes, and writer's block) for a short while, it was gone.
Spring has sprung, you bastards. Enjoy it.
