So she went and saw a lawyer the tuesday before thanksgiving. Apparently she has grounds to file for a divorce.. something like Spousal Abandonment, or something like that. However she wants to do this peacefully and be civil about it.. as after we sell the house neither of us will have too much free money I'm sure.

Going from a house to an apartment is going to suck balls. As much as I hate to admit defeat, I think the fight has left this old dog.
