New Years Eve... (day) presently, and I will not be celebrating tonight because I've gotta be at work at 5am. How shiity is that? I suppose I shouldn't bitch, there are people who would take my job in a minute. So I'll just vent that I'd much rather be partying it up like I was 21 and not a care in the world. I suppose it wouldn't matter if I was working or not, the baby would be up by 7am anyhow so not like I'd get to sleep in. Oh well, it's just another day right?
I do hate this time of year though, my wife will be busy as shit at work, which means extra (see longer) hours at work, which means it'll just be me and my daughter some nights. Hopefully this year won't be as bad as years past where there have been nights I didn't even see my wife until she woke me up when she came home. Accounting work is crazy this time of year.

How bout the fucking Giants actually winning a game? Bastards. Not that I truly feel any team in the NFC deserves that final playoff spot, but some team has to go. Looks like it'll be the Giants unless the planets all align tonight and the Packers some how get it. But first they have to beat the Bears. Not a big game in terms of the season... but its a Rivalry game and those always mean a little more. I don't expect us to win, let alone get that last playoff spot... Although I did peg the team for 8-8 this year... I guess 7-9 will be the reality (if they lose) so I wasn't too far off.
Oh and for those that haven't seen it yet, Happy feet is both cute and really damn funny. Gotta love Robin Williams.
