Been eating TOO many bad things for me. Yesterday I went to Stone Cold Creamery and got my the "German chocolate cake" Ice cream cone. I'm suprised I didn't go into a sugar coma.
Things with high sodium content in them make me feel bad and nasty too. I had a can of chicken noodle soup last night and another over 1200mg sodium tv dinner thing just now. Bloats me up like a balloon, I tell ya. I can feel my pulse in my hair.
I'll get back on track tomorrow. Yay...I'm taking half the day off from work tomorrow.
For a doctor appointment. The 'ol annual exam.

Our rent for a 575 sqft 1 Bedroom in the middle of nowhere... I might add is going from $750 a month including parking...to $880 a month, parking not included. So, with parking... it will be $950. And sadly..almost everywhere else is worse. Its retarded. It really is. And with the vacancy rate being so low....and EVERYONE coming to calgary...Including the BITCH that stole my 2 bedroom apt. so...
