Ok, so I love compilations -- especially those by kind of underground mags. Yeti's is blowing my socks off. Right now, however, I'm listening to the one that came with Skyscraper magazine. It's got some I Am Spoonbender and some Locust and some Mars Volta and a band called Rash Modernaire...oh man is that a good track.
The Locust is the soundtrack to a wrecking ball.
I am Spoonbender makes Fischerspooner want to crawl back into the art-school that spawned them.
Neon King Kong makes John Lydon wish he were never born.
Melt Banana makes you hide for fear of an air raid.
I wish I could write one sentence reivews for a living.

missed their show last month tho.
waking up this morning after a full night's sleep would have been soooooo much nicer if i had just waken up naturally, instead of the phone ringing at 8:15 am with the robot on the other end. ugh. maybe it's a sign of the kind of day i'm gonna have.........
