Ah, to live the life of Anthony in Bottlerocket. Get to live at a state mental hospital and hang with girls while getting a tan. Then you live with Bob in a sweet house. Then you get to meet Inez and be happy. Simple things for a simple life. That, my friends, is my American dream.
Someone asked me what the American dream should be. I said: mid thirties, not married, working as minimal as possible, being with people you love and who love you. She said she wanted a house. I said that is still like rent, just renting from a bank. Sigh, we'll never click i fear. And the children issue...never click.

The American dream makes me want to run away and hide in another country. Eek. I don't mind being American...it's just living in a McMansion with a giant SUV sounds stupid to me.
