I was walking around Old Sac with my camera and this man asked me if I would take pictures of his wife for him.
They were visiting from Nevada and didnt bring a camera so he paid me 7 dollars for my roll of film to take some snapshots to send to him.
She was not happy about it and posed akwardly in front of the camera. She then told me to stop because she wasnt beautiful and young like me and not to waste my film on her.
I felt really sad. Although she had grey hair and some wrinkles she had this really sad, real, beautiful way about her. She had a really pretty flower in her hair and her husband looked at her in a way that I only dream of my husband looking at me when I am old.
I felt very blessed by the whole situation and really hope the pictures come out.
