jet lags a bitch. i flew into dublin monday morning from chicago. and today my jetlag is worse than ever. i will post my pics of the hols and my new tattoo, as soon as i can. i have my christmas party this saturday in the hilton. staying over so i can use the residents bar. such a lush.

4-way stop is a traffic intersection w/a stop sign at each point - so the first car there goes, then the 2nd, etc - but some poeple have no idea when to go - so stupid!
Eggnog - a weird Christmas holiday drink - like a super creamy thick eggy-milk-y thing - and you put whiskey or rum in it, sprinkle nutmeg on top, and drink!

Pumpkin Paprika and Pistachio Cookies
makes 3 dozens
1 egg
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin or 450 grs of pumpkin pure
1 teaspoon paprika
1 pinch nutmeg
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chopped up pistachio
3 tablespoons powder cocoa (optional)
1. Cream eggs and butter until light and fluffy.
2. Add the sugar and pumpkin; mix well.
3. Add dry ingredients, mix well.
4. Stir in chopped pistachio
5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 375F for 12 to 14 minutes or until firm.
7. Remove to wire rack to cool.
enjoy.
