I dieted hard today and got some groceries [such good deals pertaining to me this week!]. worked my six hours and had some sushi before diving into an hour and a half of working out. 2.5 mi walk around the lake and a series of calisthenics, something my mom calls 'pyrometrics [sp?]', and yoga. Yeah, working out can geel good. I need to start back up on my routine.
I'm going back onto a vegan diet at least for a couple weeks to completely rid my body of the shit making it sick. It's the best idea for me because vegan diets are generally lowfat, verrrry low cholesterol, and high in vitamins necessary for a healthy body.

Wow, yeah the only time I've had a scary car moment like that was when I was about to cross a street with my friends inside and I didn't see a car coming at high speed from the left.. they started to yell 'stop, stop', the car passed about 5 inches in front of us.. I had my heart throbbing in my throat for the whole rest of the ride home..

so we went to the urgent care clinic this afternoon and travys has strep
]: I was in for a lot more.. I had an xray and blood taken to see if I
have a gallbladder infection or stones. I'm anxiously awaiting results.
the blood draw hurt so much I started crying.. im so lucky he was with
me.

I hope everything turns out OK.
I had a medical emergency of my own last week - I'm epileptic, and while the medicine does work, it doesn't if I don't get enough sleep. At some point I lost a filling - I don't know when, but clearly I did, and the nerve of that tooth became exposed. The pain had to happen on a Saturday night - no dentist is open on Sunday. I was up all Saturday night, I took so much over the counter pain medicine that I was worried about over dosing. I had some vicodin in my cupboard but it was 4 years expired (over that long since I needed any) and I couldn't get ahold of my 420 contact - which actually probably would have helped and let me sleep.
I called my mom up on Sunday night in tears asking her to come because I knew I was likely to have a problem. When she arrived (4 hour drive) - I had a bloody face, I had had a seizure. I had another one right in front of her.
Anyway - everything is taken care of and my tooth has been fixed but I sympathize - medical issues are very scary, and yes, it does help to have someone there with you - it helps a lot.
Good luck, I hope your recovery goes quickly without further incident - for both of you.
