Ok, ok, ok... its official: I am the worst person for keeping up with my blogs. Life takes you away, you don't sign in for weeks, you do but forget to write, then you have to rush off somewhere. London is not a easy slow city where you get plenty of free time. Well you could make it that way but you won't get very far career wise. So I am still in London, and still looking for work. Been since months now since I have moved here, time has gone by quickly! So figured its time to look for any sort of job so I can afford rent and food and be able to stay here in London even longer. As it stands I will be able to make it to the end of the year on what funds I have left, not much else after that.
I am close to the final process of applying for the UK Army reserve. Meet the Major in charge of the company I wish to join: The Londoners Regiment B "Queens" Company. Cool fact is that the Londoners Regiment is the only regiment that are attached to the Guards Regiment. So who knows, I might be standing guard outside Buckingham Palace next year! Still designing and creating jewellery on my own when I can. Did go away to France to see my family, we all gathered there together. Easy and much cheaper for me to get down there than the rest of my family from Bermuda. Was great seeing everyone again though, lots of good food, laughter and relaxtation. Will post some photos if anyone is interested.
I should be going now, if anyone has any ideas on where to look for work in London I am all ears! Thanks for reading.
