Two weeks in London, some of the things I have learned: 1. London is very multicultural! I have heard more people speak other languages than English speaking people. 2. There are THREE different types of Lion chocolate bars, I realize this is not ground shaking news but the fact that they are over half the price from back home, my favorite AND taste better ... it's pretty awesome for me. 3. Nice flats go faster than you can dial a number. No really I am not joking. I get an email of a advert put up sent to me at midnight, brand new. By 9am it's gone, room taken. Do people not sleep when looking for flats??? 4. Food prices continue to astound me. I thought grocery stores were cheap! In markets you can buy 7-8 apples for £1!!!!! Pretty much anything you can fit into a small plastic bowl goes for £1 at some stalls. That's $1.50 for 8 apples! That close to $8-10 back home!!!
